Max DePree House
Another house designed by Charles Eames was the Max De Pree House in 1954. Max De Pree at the time was the son of Herman Miller CEO D.J. De Pree. Herman Miller was the furniture company that Charles and Ray designed for. I honestly don't know if I like this place or not. It's very flat... and it looks like Charles was going for a parking spot in front of the door. The backside looks a little more interesting.

The windows are a little different but I kind of like them. There are also a lot of interior pictures which I won't post all of but the kitchen is extremely dated but the living room looks nice. There is a little patio area as well that has several of Charles Eames' atrocious rockers. Overall this house just gives me mixed feelings.
