I find this building by my architect, Michael Reynolds, to be a bit disturbing. The holes that punctuate the walls on the exterior, and hopefully not interior, tend to remind me of a beehive, or a wasp nest, despite lacking a hexagonal shape. Actually now that I am looking at it again, it makes more sense that those aren't holes, but some sort of material, possible glass of some sort, that has been inserted into the walls. If that indeed is what the materials is, then this building reminds me, in concept at least, a bit like the Bavanger house that we saw with the glass chunks in the walls of the house. This is probably my least favorite earthship of Reynolds that I have seen so far. I don't like the roughness of the exterior walls, and especially don't like how that roughness contrasts with the smooth glass window and the nice wood frames. Also isn't really my favorite shade of blue, prefer something a little darker.
