Young- Blog 1
Nielsen Hall may not be the most welcoming building on campus. From the exterior, it is relatively pleasing to the eye but not what one would describe as eye-catching. However, though nondescript, it is the building that I have called home for my two years on campus so far. Once you grow familiar with the building, you'll find that there's a lot to love about it. From the pendulum in the vaulted lounge, slowly sweeping out a circular path, to the entrance tucked away in a tiny nook under the stairs, to expansive windows in every classroom (a disturbingly rare commodity)- each and every one of these contributes to the memories I will have forever of my home-away-from-home.
