                                                              Mummers Theater

This theater has been loved and hated by Oklahomans since 1970. The complex stacking of very simple materials demand the eyes attention. With its bright colors and intertwined pipes and walkways it was made to resemble computer boards during the technology evolution. The building was demolished in 2014 due to water damage and lack of support by locals. It was a visual stunning building that exemplified the modernist movement in the 70's. I will miss this building as Oklahoma City grows.
