Holloway Blog 3 - Perot Museum Dallas

               There are not words to describe how much this building confuses me. From driving by it every other day in the process of its construction, to still wondering if it was finished the day of its opening, I just didn't know what to think. I think its cool that the escalator is enclosed in glass, and the lack of windows makes sense (there is nothing really to look at from the elevation of the building), but the texture of the lower part of the building just unnerves me. I could understand if it dissipated more gradually up the walls, but the somewhat abrupt drop off does not please me in the least. It is certainly something to talk about, but not pleasing in my mind.
