Ah, the French Embassy in Vienna.
A strange choice? Perhaps. But I have always liked it because of the way it serves as an example of French Second Empire style Architecture. It's located on a kind of island of land, surrounded by tram lines and roads. Facing towards the center of Vienna and the imperial complex (the Hofburg), it is a defiant statement of French Power, built during the decline of the Austro-Hungarian power. Also, the way the windows are framed are really cool.
