Galliart - Blog 5

Charles Rennie Mackintosh redesigned the interior a house called "78 Derngate" in Northampton in 1916. As a testament to his legacy, the building today serves as a tourist attraction. Mackintosh's name is enough to draw people to the site, which reflects his influence and popularity. Though he only redesigned the interior, he is generally given credit for the entire building. He added a mix of geometric and floral designs similar to those on other buildings he designed.
