Estes 3

This is the Boston Avenue Methodist Church in Tulsa, OK by Bruce Goff who based the design off of designs by Adah Robinson. It was completed in 1929 and features an Art Deco style from France from the early 20th century. It was eventually designated a National Historic Landmark in 1999. The building used multiple materials such as metal, glass and limestone in its construction, and the exterior is decorated with many sculptures of people praying including the top whose sculpture represents just the hands. While it is impressive to see, and makes me think of a mix between classical European and modern (at the time) architecture, I do not see myself ever going out of my way to visit it.
