This is the University of Toronto Graduate house. I can't imagine a better place to house graduates. This is an awesome design and the singe really makes the building to me. I love how it is included in the design rather than a sign stuck on. If you look under "of" you can see that this was a part of the original design. This seems inviting in a sense that it seems like a sports venue or something of the sort. I could see this housing an NBA home court. this is definitely a place I would strive to live in as a graduate. This gives an opportunity to graduates to live in a building like what many of them will be living in when graduating and starting their life in a city. It is a great urban design.
