I like the shape and color of this structure, but the fact that I can see completely through it, leads me to believe that most of the building is for show. It is a beautiful show to say the least, and the curving towers do well to mask what I assume is an elevator leading up to the top of the main tower.
It stands out just enough against the sky, but with a soft white that melds into the colors around it, and the metal supports in the middle provide a good amount of contrast.
