Kimbell Art Museum

This is a beautiful building in Fort Worth that was designed by Louis Kahn. I like the way he made the roof arches that connect with continuing it into one last one that serves as a pavilion where you can enjoy the fountain and lush greenery around. The arches help disperse and create an indirect lighting that helps brighten up the museum and enhance your experience of the art. In many ways, the design of the building itself is the largest piece of art at the museum. I can't pinpoint an exact reason, but this is one of my favorite buildings of Kahn.
