Baker House
This is Baker House, a dormitory at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, designed by Alvar Aalto in his time at the university. Designed in 1946, it was ahead of its time. Given the more modern shape, it seems out of place with the older materials used in its construction. While the building's overall appearance is unique, I believe it would be much more appealing to the eye with a more modern material set to match the melding of curves and geometry that is its general shape.
