This is one of the buildings by Thom Mayne's firm. This particular building is the Lawrence residence. I do not like this style of building, and I do not think it looks professional. there is something about this that looks old to me. it ages, and not naturally like we see with building structures like the ancient buildings we admire so dearly. This looks like a run down train car in my opinion. I appreciate more of a less modern feel and more of a natural earth building.
