The Leaning Tower of Pisa is  like a gateway to my childhood, a simpler time in life. My parents were in the military so I lived in Italy at an early age for a few years. I remember going to the Leaning Tower and thinking, "I wonder who the architect of this building was and was this the plan he had for the tower." It subconsciously made me think about all the intricate processes included in something of this nature and the responsibility we have in each of our professions. Looking back on it , it was a truly privileged time in my life; I believe it gave me culture at an early age and made my view  of the world, history and backgrounds broaden. From the cathedral style buildings to the gondolas in Vincenza this is Italy through and through.
