This is the Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel located in Bella Vista, Arkansas. It was constructed in 1988 and designed by E. Fay Jones. This chapel is very similar to Jones' other work. I enjoy the openness of this building much just as I enjoy Thorncrown. Whereas Thorncrown uses a lot of angled straight members, this Chapel uses curved architecture which I enjoy more. The use of these arches makes me feel like it is a building from the past and not as modern or urban as the straight members of Thorncrown.
