This is the Fullbright Peace Fountain that was designed by E. Fay Jones. It was constructed in 1997 and is located on the campus of the University of Arkansas. The Fountain is a memorial to J. William Fulbright. I like this fountain. The base seems very basic. It has three steps and not particularly interesting; however, the spire in the middle is interesting. You can see some similarities between this fountain and the design of his other work, Thorncrown Chapel. He seems to like the base structural member look.
