The Linked Hybrid, designed by Steven Holl, consists of close to 700 apartments. It is located in Beijing, China. Like most of Holl’s buildings, it is definitely unique amongst its surroundings. Somehow the tall white buildings with connecting colored tunnel, for whatever reason reminds me of a casino on the Las Vegas strip; or from looking at various pictures of the interior design, it is what I would imagine a futuristic apartment complex looking like.
