This is the Physical Education Building on the Auraria
Campus that is shared by Metropolitan State University of Denver, University of
Colorado- Denver, and the Community College of Denver, located in Downtown
Denver, Colorado. Being an Adult Fitness and Exercise Science major and a
student athlete at Metro State, I spent a lot of time in this building, too
much really. It is exactly what you would expect out of a PE building; boring brown
brick exterior, dungeon feeling on the inside, faint sweat smell; you know, the
usual. Countless hours in this building however helped me realize that I needed
to change the direction of my educational and career path.
