Emanuel Blog 2
Pictured above is where I spent most of my days in Aix-en-Provence, France. I lived there for about a year studying the french language. When I see this building I immediately feel comfortable and relaxed because it is a familiar place. The light blue window shutters are gorgeous as well as the front door. Most of the buildings in Aix-en-Provence are constructed with local limestone from the Provence region. This is why you will find many yellow toned buildings within the Provence region, especially Aix. I spent 4 hours a day in class here and I absolutely loved it. There is something special and romantic about french architecture!
