Thorncrown Chapel In Eureka Springs, Arkansas

This is by far one of the most breathtaking buildings that I've been inside of in my life. Its beautiful the way they nestled it into the forest attempting to not disturb all the magnificent trees around the chapel. When you walk inside, it is so serene and peaceful that you don't want to have to leave. I like the way in which they made it with 425 windows with over 6,000 square feet of glass to allow the most natural light through as possible with combining the use of feature lights inside to accent how enormous this place really is. I also find it interesting how they made the actual frame and beams a part of the beauty of this structure, with how they create this neat criss-crossing pattern when you look at it.
